Most firms keep your books.
We build your business.

Bookkeeping, outsourced accounting, and CFO advisory for $1–$20M owner-led companies. Acquisitions, franchise scaling, generational wealth. Built by 50 years of CFO work.

Three ways we work with owners

From clean books to the corner office.

Pick the tier that matches where the business actually is — not where the bookkeeper thinks it is.

Tier 1

Bookkeeping

Daily transactions, reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll coordination, month-end close. Done right, by degreed accountants. No surprises in March.

Firm rules, no exceptions

Never miss a client deadline. Answer every email within 24 hours. That's the whole posture.

What the work actually looks like

A construction client thought he had two bank accounts.

He had eighteen. One of them — dormant for years — held over $100,000. We called the bank, traced every account, and gave the money back to the client. We billed our regular hourly rate. The next firm would have negotiated a finder's fee.

That's the difference between a bookkeeper and a financial architect. It's also the kind of thing nobody notices is missing until somebody looks.

A different shape of the same work

A New York advertising agency arrived with cash-basis books a year behind.

Sharp creatives, no accounting infrastructure. We walked them — patiently, professionally — into accrual reporting. Built a monthly package they could actually read: KPIs, margin and labor efficiency, industry benchmarks, written commentary. Six months in, the leadership team runs the business off the numbers.

They didn't want a bookkeeper. They wanted to understand what was happening.

Where we work

We earned the Lehigh Valley. Now we serve nationwide.

Bethlehem, Easton, Allentown — the territory we built the firm on, one client at a time. The reach is national now. The roots aren't.

Thirty minutes is enough to know whether we're the right fit.

No pitch, no slides. A working conversation about what's actually happening in the business.
